Customers acknowledge that fountain pens are precision instruments requiring proper use and maintenance.

PenVault shall not be liable for:

  • Ink feathering;

  • Ink bleed-through;

  • Paper compatibility issues;

  • User-adjusted nib damage;

  • Improper cleaning;

  • Improper storage;

  • Improper filling procedures.

Fountain pens that have been inked, filled, dipped, modified, disassembled, adjusted, or repaired by unauthorized parties shall not qualify for return except where required by law.

14. INKS, REFILLS AND CONSUMABLES

Ink performance may vary depending upon:

  • Paper quality;

  • Environmental conditions;

  • Pen characteristics;

  • User preferences.

Such variations shall not constitute defects.

All inks, cartridges, converters, refills, and consumable products are sold on a final-sale basis.
